This place is amazing. I’ve had some terrible manicures done before. This is the only place I’ll ever go again! Everyone working there is so kind and everything is so clean. They put every effort into making my manicure perfect. I even get a neck/shoulder massage with a hot pack at the end! They go the extra mile to make sure your experience is amazing and worth coming back! Ella is the sweetest!
This place is clean, cute and so relaxing! They are so great at customer service especially by remembering my name.
I did feel it was pricey for a regular polish manicure and I get my nails done regularly. They didn’t tell me they were going to charge $10 for gel removal. So a total of $35 for a regular manicure was a little much.
I had two lovely people do my manicure and pedicure. One was named Chelly and I didn't grab the name of the other person. They were so kind and patient with me. They both wanted to make sure I was happy. I will go back and treat myself again. Recommend Aurora for a relaxing experience.
I can’t overemphasize enough how much I love Aurora Nails. Every time I go, it’s a wonderful experience. It’s always super clean, relaxing and amazing services. They perform the best pedicures I have ever had ( spoil yourself and get the honey one) and no one can shape a dip nail like Cindy. She’s amazing!!! Everyone is super sweet, professional and great at what they do. I love going here ❤️
I received a regular gel pedicure. I just moved to the area and this was my first time here. I called to make an appointment and it was easy. The salon was very clean. Everyone was wearing masks. The hostess / front desk woman was dressed so nicely and very professional - immediately greeted me and helped me check in. The chairs are massage chairs and felt great - more intense then usual which I loved. The woman who did my pedicure was extremely meticulous. I’m super OCD so I really appreciated her work. Her massage was also fantastic - both legs and then at the end she did my shoulders too! Great pressure. It was $70 plus tip… so the only thing I would say is that the pedicures may be a bit pricey… but I will definitely return! Best pedicure I’ve ever had I think…
The technicians always do a great job and I've always loved the place, but recently I went in with my two daughters for gel and dip manicures and pedicures. The bill was substantial. I put the cost on a credit card but we wanted to tip the technicians in cash, so we asked for change. Just as we were about to distribute the cash, the woman at the front desk (I think she's the owner) stopped us and insisted we give all the cash to her. When I asked why, she said it would disturb the other customers. I was stunned. She could see I was upset but she just glared at me, with her hand outstretched. I don't know why I didn't put up a bigger fuss, but I handed the all the cash and we left. It was disturbing. I usually don't post reviews but this incident has been bothering me for weeks. I can't bring myself to go back there.
Place is very clean and relaxing. Got a gel pedicure. I probably had my feet in the water for a total of 2 minutes, could just be their process though. I do think she over filed my nails a little when removing the old gel. Over cut my cuticles so I my toe was bleeding a little. Other than that she did a great job painting my nails. I paid $70 for their basic pedicure, old gel polish removal and gel polish add on.
I came in as one of their last appointments of the day for a dip removal. I called ahead and they graciously accepted me although it was late and let me know it would take 15-20 minutes.
I wonder if they were in a hurry to close (even though there were 4 people still receiving pedicures when I arrived) but the woman filed my nails so severely that it’ll be a few months before they’re back to normal.
She used both a hand file and an electric file even after the dip was gone, which left scratch marks and white dents on the top of my nails. They’re all so flimsy that they bend to the lightest touch.
They have a pristine store with tasteful fixtures though this can’t make up for poor treatment. Also, I’ve never been asked directly for a tip but that was a cringey addition to the already below-average experience. I can’t say I’d recommend or return.
