I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt since last time they messed up also and my nails started lifted just a few days after getting them done but I told her I wanted a marble in my nail and that's far from marble. I have spots missing the matte top coat and my nails are different shaped
I called and spoke with the owner in this morning. She scheduled me for a pedicure at 12pm with Tina, my regular gal who is awesome. Then the owner overbooked Tina probably with walk-ins and so when I arrived I had to wait 40 minutes to be seen!
Why bother taking appts if you don't plan on honoring the appt? When I tried to discuss this with the owner, she argued that's how it goes. It is apparent that she could care less. This place will NOT RESPECT YOUR TIME. Better for you to walk-in unscheduled and try your luck than schedule ahead.
Wonder place. Ly always does an amazing job and my nails alway look good until my next visit. They are also good for pedicure.
They can’t even do a simple french tip with rhinestones. Not worth $71. Also while he was sticking the rhinestone one of them went crooked and asked me if i mind ???? ofc i do what kind of question even is that. Anyways not worth it this place actually sucks.
Tiffany did a beautiful job on my nails and pedicure! She is the sweetest, and I felt pampered ! can’t wait to go back!
I have been several times and I like the service they provide. but today I had my manicure done by someone I hadn't seen in the salon and she did it carelessly, rushed and wanted to put a color on me that she didn't want.
Aqua nail bar gives a wonderful service. Took my mom for a pedicure as her first outing after her mastectomy and the whole staff was so kind to her. It took us awhile to get her situated and the were very patient and helpful. They even gave her a manicure in the same chair so we didnt have to reposition her!! And man do they give a great pedicure!!! Best massage yet. Ty is the best he does my nails and toes!!

Ver friendly, accommodating, and did very well on my full acrylic set! 10/10 will go again!
