Awful customer service. I did show them the pictures of the nails for their better understanding and the type of nails which I want them to do for me. Overall, they did a decent job and colour matched with the picture but each nail was done with different length and the finished nails did not last for more than 2 days. They started to look like they are already 2 weeks old (photos are attached which were taken after 5 days). I went back to the salon and asked if they can do something about it. I did not ask them for refund, rather all I wanted was a better customer service with some solution to the problem with a clear acknowledgement of the problem of their service. Instead they just said "your nails grow". (I wish my nails can grow that fast). It looks like they just can not accept any criticism about their service and try to play the racisim card if somebody try to tell them about the problem in their service. This behaviour made me extremely sad and I am surprised that this kind of behaviour still exist. That was my experience with Amy Nails. Maybe your experience would be different than mine. Choose wisely.
I’ve been coming to Amy’s for a couple months now and they’ve been exceptional every single time if I could give more than five starts I would! The team are friendly and always work hard to ensure the best final results that always last me weeks with no chipping or lifting. Their nail art is second to none and their attention to detail with the art is amazing and they’ve always been able to give me exactly what I ask for. I’ve always been so happy with their work and I’ll definitely be a lifelong customer!
Best place for nails in Reading! The shop itself is beautifully decorated and centrally located, I love looking out the window during my appointments and watching the world go by! All the technicians are great and the nail art they do is fantastic! Highly recommend
Excellent service, very professional. I provided a photo of the nail design I wanted and got exactly that. My nails are beautiful and I have been receiving daily comments. I will be using their services again ????

Couldn’t recommended enough, great quality nails and beautiful designs. Staff are really friendly and its super easy to book and arrange nail designs through there instagram. A Family member also got a pedicure for the first time today and are very pleased with the quality of service and experience overall. Thank you again for my gorgeous nails. :)
Always a perfect manicure, and so many colours to choose from! I haven't been anywhere else in about 6 years, Van and the team are amazing, and the shop itself is beautiful.
Been to Amy’s nails 3 or 4 times now and every time I’ve been extremely happy with the results (acrylics with gel). Lots of colours, chrome and nail art available. Also very affordable. Would definitely recommend!
