It is fine. I went with a friend and had no appointment and we were helped right away. However, she misshaped a few of my nails and I am gonna have to dig out nail polish and dip from underneath my nails. 40$ for nails ranging in thickness. This is good for a quick nail job.

I had a really disappointing experience and I’ll never return to this place. Their customer service is awful.

I had been going to this place for years, but consistently every 2 weeks since November. I had my acrylics refilled and a polish change on Saturday, only to return Sunday morning to get them all taken off. After getting my nails done, my fingers became swollen and I developed small white bubbles all over my fingers. I asked if it’s possible to get a credit or gift card considering I had just spent $100 the day before getting my nails, toes and eyebrows done. They said, “no because that’s your problem not ours.”

Moral of the story, I will not return and if you ever find yourself in a situation where you have a reaction to the product THEY used you’re out of luck.

I have gone to American nails

for a few years. I am not a regular but when I would want my nails done I would always come here. I am so disappointed in the customer service and the nails that I got done. The man who did my nails was extremely rough to my nails and did a sloppy job. He didn’t even do anything to my cuticles, didn’t file my nails or any prep. He left acrylic on my skin, barely coated the whole nail and at points he would just cough near my direction and not try to cover it. I did not ask for gel just normal polish but they did gel instead. Also to top it off one of the men who was signing in a girl checked her out when her back was to him. They charged me so much for just french tips. And for 75 dollars it was not worth it. I suggest going to another place than coming here

My friend and I both received acrylic gel full sets here. The finished product was decent, and the tech that completed our designs (different tech than those that did our acrylic application) was amazing. However, they have a tendency toward thicker acrylic/polish application than most salons, and this can result in somewhat of a chunky appearance. On top of that, we both received two color gel sets with a simple design (french tip and wavy lines), and were each charged $70 before tip. They also were very slow to start my nails, and my friend was finished thirty minutes before me despite having enough free staff available to complete my service. After my friend left, another girl came & sat next to me with the same tech that worked on my friend. The tech was extremely rude to her, and when the girl requested shorter/more filed nails once her acrylics were shaped, the tech snapped at her to "find someone else next time since you're so picky". I found this extremely unprofessional and it made everyone in the vicinity uncomfortable. The nails I did receive, while thick, are cute, but definitely not the experience I would want for paying $90 (nails plus tip).

I have been going to american nails for years but their management has decreased a lot and they increased their prices. I got my nails done and they are all uneven and super thick. The nail techs are always rushing and your nails end up not looking good. The nail tech literally scoffed when I gave him his tip. I definitely won’t go there anymore.

They did a great job at taking their time with my nails. Lee made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted and showed me visual options that I could choose from. She stayed after closing for me, which I greatly appreciated!

I’ve been going to this nail salon forever and just recently the service has declined. I just recently went to get a gel manicure and not even 2 days after I went they started chipping. I went back to get the nail fixed and was immediately told it was my fault it chipped. After getting the one nail fixed, 2 days later 2 different nails chipped. It’s ridiculous since I paid for a gel manicure expecting it to last and it hasn’t. Not to mention before I got this gel manicure I had a dip manicure where the dip polish literally flaked off my nails after a couple of days. The service has been poor and so has the quality. I’m incredibly disappointed because I used to love this place.

I always end up with amazing nails and for a reasonable price. They are efficient with time always do a good job. The nails I get always last me a long time. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.
