Frances was amazing! She worked on my rehearsal dinner dress, my wedding gown and my mothers dress for the wedding. She is so kind and puts you at ease immediately. She was able to make adjustments to the wedding dress and was receptive to suggestions. She got all the dresses done in a timely manner and I would go back again for any alterations needs.

I took my wedding dress to alterations by Frances and would highly recommend! I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in there, Frances was always willing to listen to my input and try what I had in mind. I had multiple appointments for my dress as it needed a decent amount of alterations and every little tweak she did perfectly! She was beyond amazing and my dress fit like a glove!!

Francis & Mary Lou are 2 of the most Talented women I have ever done business with. Truely a fare & certainly reasonable pricing for all the additional touches they added to make my " Mother of the Bride " dress a spectacular one. Thank you Francis & Mary Lou ❤️

I honestly wish I could give them 6 stars. I used them for my wedding dress alterations as well as my maid of honor, future mother-in-law, and future grandmother-in-law. The day before the wedding, my fiancé realized he needed urgent alterations on his suit pants and they were able to get it done in a couple hours, no issues. Thank you Frances and staff for your awesome customer service! Will recommend you to all my family and friends!

While I haven’t ever specifically met Frances her staff went way above and beyond for me and my future bride. In the organized chaos, my future wife and I somehow managed to forget one of the most important pieces of the wedding … the dress. Mary Lou went out of her way to help us get the dress before we left for our out of town wedding. We couldn’t appreciate her or Frances more for all the hard work and they above any beyond service they gave us. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Do not go here. You will regret it. She did my daughter's dress

The wedding was on Saturday with the rehearsal being on that Friday. She had over a week to do it. They said it would be done the Wednesday before the wedding. They close at 6 on Fridays and it was 5 and the dress was still not finished so we went there . They closed in an hour and wasn't going to call her and tell her anything about her dress and wouldn't answer the phone. So we waited for her to finish it which made us late to the rehearsal. Didn't have a chance to look at it until Wedding time and it was a big surprise. It looked so bad! It had a hole and bunched up patches of dress. It looked like someone who was just learning how to sew did it. This would be a zero star for me but it made me leave one):

I’ve taken several bridesmaid dresses here and they’ve done a great job every time! This last dress was ordered two sizes too big and was very large on me. It looks great now! Highly recommend them!

Frances and Mary Lou are both SO wonderful! I was recommended to Frances by quite literally every bride I know in the NKY area and she certainly did not disappoint. I wanted to add straps to my dress and after searching online for weeks on my own, Frances magically had the perfect pair in the exact material of my dress!

Also, in the chaos of wedding planning and life, I missed the pickup window to grab my dress before heading out of town for our wedding. Mary Lou met me back at the storefront after hours over the weekend and saved me a tear or two ????

Overall, I’m very pleased with the results of my dress and the above and beyond customer service and care they both provided me when I was a hot mess.
