Well pls don’t go there. There is one person who is working sirlankan guy old guy in till. He always charge extra money. He don’t have any knowledge about the price and if you ask him to ask boss he shows attitude and comes to attack you. Very strange person. The owner is good person the Pakistani butcher is very nice person, but that small guy who work in till is aggressive and gives back answer. Pls be careful of him. Always charge extra.
Good shop. Specially Asians will like as they have good Asian food item collections but bit expensive compare to sainsbury.

The organized layout of the store was also praised, making it easy for customers to find what they need.
Another strength of Aheed Food Centre is its selection of foods. Customers mentioned the great variety of Asian food items, including rice, Asian vegetables, and fruits. This shows that the store caters to the needs of its Asian customers and provides a wide range of products for them. The quality of the Halal meat, including frozen fish, was also praised, indicating that the store ensures the freshness and quality of its meat products.
Good customer service is another strength of Aheed Food Centre. Many customers mentioned the helpfulness of the staff members, particularly the Pakistani butcher. This suggests that the staff is knowledgeable and willing to assist customers with their needs. Additionally, delivery services for bulk food and meat orders indicate that the store is customer-oriented and aims to provide convenience to its customers.
Furthermore, Aheed Food Centre offers a range of South Indian grocery items at reasonable prices. This demonstrates that the store caters to diverse customer preferences and provides affordable options for its customers. The in-built butcher shop, which offers high-quality chicken, lamb, mutton, and beef, is also mentioned as a positive aspect of the store.
Despite these strengths, there are also weaknesses that have been pointed out by customers. One recurring issue mentioned by multiple customers is the lack of communication from the staff. Some mentioned that the staff, particularly the person working at the till, communicates very less. This can be a hindrance to effective customer service and may lead to misunderstandings or difficulties in finding desired items.
Additionally, there are complaints about the pricing at Aheed Food Centre. Some customers found the store to be more expensive compared to other options like Sainsbury's. This indicates that Aheed Food Centre may need to reassess its pricing strategy to remain competitive in the market.
One specific complaint mentioned by a customer is regarding a specific staff member who allegedly charges extra money and shows aggression towards customers. This is a significant weakness as it can create a negative experience for customers and potentially deter them from visiting the store again. It is important for management to address these concerns and ensure a safe and respectful environment for customers.
In conclusion, Aheed Food Centre has several strengths, including cleanliness, a wide selection of Asian foods, quality Halal meat, good customer service, and reasonable prices for South Indian grocery items.
