Very clean and cute salon. Upon entering, I was greeted by two friendly ladies and was immediately seated. Mona did my eyebrows very beautifully and was pain free. My second visit, my eyebrows were beautifully done by the owner, Ritu. Ritu is so welcoming and sweet. She really gets to know you and has such a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend coming here to do your eyebrows, waxing etc. ????
This is the best eye brow threading place in all of queens! I love Ritu! She’s so precise and really takes her time to make them perfect. I got my first ever Brazilian here and Ritu made me feel so comfortable. She has a special wax that doesn’t hurt as much. I only trust her to do my eyebrows and wax. I recommend her to all my friends!
Ritu is a doll, beautiful inside and out. I’ve had many terrible experiences in Queens and I have been searching for my place for years. I get threading done, whether its full face, lip or eyebrows it is quick and painless. Even when it becomes crowded Ritu will treat you with the same kindness and full service. My next appointment is a 4 layer facial and I will update this then. Thank you Ritu ❤️
Gita was very kind. The store is clean and organized. I made an appointment for eyebrow tint ONLY. When I got in the chair she was ready to thread and I explained to her how my eyebrows don't grow fast and not that full. I told her I only go to the city to get them done so I just wanted to tint them to make them look fuller. I expressed how nervous I was and she insisted to do them, so I told her NATURAL please. They came out nice but I don't like them for ME and MY STYLE. I'm annoyed because this isn't the style I wanted and all I wanted was tinting but she wanted to thread them even though I booked for tinting. And it's just annoying how I had to pay for something I didn't even want but obviously, I will pay for. I told her I did not like them for myself, its not my style. Also while threading my brows she went on to tell me how I needed a facial and it was just an overwhelming experience.
Ritu is the nicest person. She talks to you as if you're long time friends. She's thorough, never rushes, the place is clean and has a calming atmosphere. I can't wait to try her other specialties! So glad we have this awesome place in our neighborhood.
I went to Mona for my eyebrow threading . She understood what I wanted and nailed it . Overall good experience with the service. I totally recommend , most definitely will be going back .
I have been coming to this place since it opened, and I have never been let down. Ritu is the sweetest person ever! The first time I came here actually, I had gotten caught in a downpour as I was walking to it from my house. I was so embarrassed to walk in all drenched, but Ritu immediately grabbed me towels and helped me to dry off. She’s considerate, hardworking, clean, and offers extremely affordable pricing! As for waxing, she’s so gentle, never double-dips the stick, and triple checks that she got every hair. She really makes you feel comfortable and welcome every single time. The pricing and quality of service are unmatchable! Highly recommend!!!
