The 2 man crew sent were courteous, fast, and efficient. They did NOT was a single minute. They even skipped their break so they could continue with completing my move. I am definitely recommending these guys to any of my friends who need movers.

I had a very brilliant move with their company. I highly recommend them! My moving day crew brought everything needed with them, packed up my entire place, and made the whole day a great experience.

Solid job by A & H Transportation for picking up our stuff in the nick of time and being very diligent. I have no complaints so far, only complements for the job that has been done. Once our stuff is delivered, i will be sure to post a progress update. So far things are looking very promising.

Day of the move, 3 man crew showed up right on time. They were very friendly and easy to talk with. They moved everything as I asked and the whole thing went very smoothly. They were very quick and got the job done right on time for what I was quoted. So glad I found this company. I will highly recommend them to everyone!

They moved antique furniture. Nothing broken, nothing scratched. They even helped my in-laws move some additional items. Highly recommend this company to anyone. they really went out of their way!! Got a move, call them first!

**Terrible communicators, rude, argumentative, disrespectful, and dishonest**

The movers with A&H transportation LLC)l were atrocious. They did not provide a phone call when they were in route as I was told they'd do. They had all these hidden charges including wrapping furniture, using stairs (note I had moved all my belongings except my 2 beds and peloton into the garage so they didn't have to use stairs for much), and claimed my estimate was inaccurate. Mind you, I made this estimate when I was already packed and had an exact box count. They ended up charging me 151% of what I was estimated. Despite charging me for wrapping the beds, they didn't even protect my mattresses (see below it's the one furniture pad on the bottom- how is this $75?).

They did not communicate well when they were transporting my things. They showed up in Wisconsin (moved from Denver) 26hrs after loading, which isnimpressive, but they should have communicated better with me. Furthermore, they broke a number of items. I moved into a brand new building. They put several scratches into the floors and walls. They also did not assemble ANY of the furniture they took apart. They just dumped it and left.

When I called progressive to address going over the estimate, they told me they would get the receipt from A&H and call me once they got it to go over it with me. That was on June 1st. No one has called since. I am so extremely frustrated. The A&H voice-mail is full and you cannot leave messages.

Today (6/28/21), I finally heard back from the company. When I tried to explain what I needed (official receipt to file moving expenses with my job) and my concerns about the poor handling of my belongings, they became argumentative, disrespectful, and defensive. The individual I spoke to identified as a manager and continued to argue with me how the "do not break things". I told him I had photo proof I was happy to provide him, but instead of giving me the contact information to share said photos with as well as provide a resolution, he continued to raise his voice at me saying they do not damage items and it was my fault for not telling the movers they needed to assemble my belongings they took apart. He talked over me and had no intention in listening to my concerns. I've never been treated so poorly by a customer service provider, let alone a manager.

Do not use A&H to move. You will be hit with hidden charges, have your belongings and property damaged, and receive no communication- left to deal with their argumentative manager.
