My first time here. The shop was very clean. The techs were nice and did a great job on my nails.
This is the BEST nail salon in the Romeoville area! I have lived in town most of my life and i have tried every single salon in town and so far this has been the best. They are so kind and they did amazing work. My nails have never looked better. This is now going to be my regular nail place and im NEVER going back to that place where i was basically always slightly unsatisfied. Thanks A&B Nails!!
I didn't want to give one star but I had to to give a review. I walked in barely greeted they just came off racist and they need to update everything
so i’m here with my mom and it takes 1 person at a time just to do a pedicure? they act like there under staffed and they cut one of my moms toes with the nail file. Honestly, one of the workers just opened up a door for the nail tray (where they keep the trays) and walked away. I have no clue of what’s going on here but i feel like me and my mom might not be going back here. this is the only closest place by our house and the other 2 nail places were PACKED so we had no other place to go. it took me at least a half hour to get mine done and now i wait for my mother. have a nice day internet people :)
Comfortable and friendly environment. Pedi $20 (CASH Only) special was a pleasant surprise thank you for your services. Suggestion, offer your clients a beverage.
Did a bad job on my nails they didn’t even push Back my cuticles.
Went the first time got regular gel nails by Ying and was super happy! Was charged 45. Plus I gave $10 tip.Two weeks later I go for a FILL IN and was helped by someone new who’s name I didn’t know. I told her regular polish. She gave me no chip instead, I wanted a design she told me $10 extra so I said never mind. I came in with squoval shaped nails she never even asked about what shape I wanted and then gave me square nails. And charged me $40 dollars for a fill in with four different colors! I didn’t bring up the price that night because I wasn’t sure what I had paid the first time I would have to go home and check. When I realized that I pretty much paid for a FULL SET the second time as well I called the following day (because they had already closed for the night) and asked how much for a fill in and was quoted $25!!!! I immediately returned to the store and asked why was I charged so much! She told me she gave me no chip! After I told her I didn’t want no chip! Ridiculous. And then told me it’s $5 extra for anything with more than two colors. Which was never mentioned to me the night before while getting them done! I’m so mad it’s so hard to find someone who does a good job on your nails every time. I knew I should have just waited for Ying because she was amazing the first time, but now I will probably not go back, even to Ying because they just make up the prices as they go without informing the customer!
I made a appointment at 10 am with Kim. because I’m leaving for vacation in two days to get a full set and toes painted. I walk in and nobody acknowledged I was sitting there. NOTHING!!!! So It’s like 10 min past 10am I had to ask the nail tech are you running late???. The nail tech tried to ignore me. I said I made an appointment. The nail tech asked can you come back tomorrow. I said no I’m leaving for vacation. I said that’s why I made a Appointment. She said Well were busy. No apology what’s so ever.She was extremely rude, No explanation. I will never step back into that pathetic salon again. They are not professional and then they had the nerve to laugh when I walked away. I do not recommend this place at all. I’ve been getting my nails done a long time. Never been treated so bad as a customer. Don’t go!!! I hope they close this place for good. I was so mad.
