Such a relaxing and quality walk in appointment! The salon was clean open and airy inside with subtle pastel colors. I found the pedi chair sooo very relaxing and comfortable with electronic message mechanism while Tina spent time with my pedicure which included a hot stone massage on my feet and calves, which were cleansed and motioned for hydration with a neat trim of my cuticles and toe nails. The beauty really shined through with the precision paint of OPI’s Mainly Lobster polish.
Tina completed my Manicure with my Pedicure with the same diligence with the Gel version of the same polish color.
I found the price reasonable and comparable to salons in the area also providing excellent service in a relaxing environment. A definite return visit for me here!
Thought I had an appointment but I guess not. The man who is serving as a receptionist is not very customer service savvy, nor very helpful. I look at it as a sign. A Friday morning and not one customer there. Hmmmm . . . interesting. I’ll never go back.
This was only 2nd time I’ve gotten gel manicure but my first time getting them done at 99 nails, the same night I got the gel manicure done my nail chipped and it looks sloppy I will never come here again for a gel manicure.
When you get a pedicure your feet are supposed to feel good. Well 2 days later and I can still feel where she dug at my toes and stabbed me with the clippers because she kept watching a show on her phone with ear buds. The worst pedicure ever! Very expensive as well!
Some guy on top of rushing my refill did a terrible job, I have never been to salon that painted the skin around my nails more than the nail it self. I got “gel” & it just looks terrible. I told the guy that I didn’t like them & that I had nail polish on my skin & that it was an all around bad job, he did not care to try & solve my problem. I highly DO NOT recommend going here waste of time & money.
Horrible nail salon. Lady broke my natural nail and now I have ugly ridges. Will never go back!!! Bad attitude too. Zero stars!
This was my first time visiting their nail salon. As you can see I asked for tips with dipping powder and coffin shaped nails. One thumb has a dent, not flat and the other is not shaped right. She didn't trim my cuticles and left stains on my skin around my nails. I even told my tech and she was giving me faces. I'm disappointed because I expected a professional job to my nails because I paid $55. Please don't ignore the bad reviews because I did and this is what I ended up with.
I’m sorry but I will not be going back there a friend recommended it. They are pretty cheap and it shows had gel manicure done on Saturday 6/12 by Monday my nails were peeling, they feel weak and even painful. My daughter had a full set out on and literally went to dollar tree next door right after to remove the color it was so bad and they cut her doing the cuticles
