Been going to Sammy for over 7yrs now he’s a really good person and barber if he’s not there I will not get my haircut I’ll wait till he is there. I will continue to go to his shop unless he moves away. He always does a great job and very fast and you don’t need an appointment walk ins are welcome. He’s the first one there and last one to leave so if you need a haircut crazy early or late he’s there.

I called ahead to ensure that my son would be able to get his hair cut on a Sunday. The person that answered the phone (owner) was very friendly and when we got there he took us right in. Very professional and fast, friendly service!
Very expensive! When yesterday Monday. You have to treat the customer good and feel comfortable. I do not recommend to first timer . A haircut is $16 it's said on they wall !!!! But that just there as maniquí. And i came from mcadoo
Samuel was wonderful. He's polite, professional, immense knowledge of his craft of being a Barber and is in it to win it. I was a walk in with my son who is 11. The cut he recvd was fantastic. Exactly what was picked from the huge selection on the wall. He was buzzed. Cut and design along with style to perfection. My son went from a mop top to top notch in less then 20min. The cost is also competitive. 15 was all he charged me n so I tipped generously. 809 Barbershop is opened 7days a week all day and usually opened until 10pm.He is personable. He is multi lingual and has the best attitude a young man can have in the working world. He is truly pursuing the American Dream and I wish him nothing but success and good health in his ventures. If anyone is looking for a change or breath of fresh air, whether u r young. Old. Middle age. White. Latino. African American or all in between. Samuel and his crew could be the right Barber for you. Walk in or make an appointment. He is committed to his craft and his patrons. It was a complete pleasure. I live 1 hour away, but "We Will Be Back". How can you not? Open all day everyday til late evening. Great ppl. Great price. Great dew. A WIN all around!!
The only suggestion I would mention is not to judge a book or barbershop by the cover. Its in a old area of Hazleton and the bldgs are old. The inside might need a lil finesse, but there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the atmosphere, watch tv or ppl passing and/or conversate. Absolute thumbs up????????
