Customer service is horrible! I walked into the store and greeted the cashier and was returned by no response and her looking me up and down. I later had to ask where the hair ties were located and she halfway pointed and said “Over there, on the wall” barely any help!! Lastly at check out other than her telling me the price, there was no thank you or have a good day, nothing! Won’t be spending my money here anymore!
A few months ago, I went into this Beauty Supply 10 minutes before they were to close. The employees let me in. However after entering they turned off the lights in the store. I asked the associate (African woman) could she please put on the light all I needed was one pack of filler hair to braid my daughter’s hair. She ignored me. Frustrated I expressed why would you let me in the store if you are going to turn out the lights and I can’t see anything. Then I expressed that I was leaving and would take my business elsewhere if that is how I was going to be treated. The owner, Asian man proceeded to yell at me and said “Get out you bitch”. Not cool. Not cool at all!Don’t patronize this business. Take your money elsewhere.
First time at this location, it was ok wasn’t greeted, wasn’t asked if I needed assistance. Store was clean neat and organized. Prices were kinda high but it was cool I ordered from Amazon.
Horrible service … like beyond horrible . Them extremely unattractive women behind the counter don’t even speak when they’re ringing your stuff up . No hello , no how can I helps, No have a good day , just plain nastiness. My daddy used to say employees will either make or brake your business .They are the reason I’ll never spend another dime at this supply store.
Rude. Bad customer service. Has a terrible attitude. But has a lot of products and they’re decently priced.
I really liked the store. The prices were reasonable and there was a good selection, I don't want to speak about race but I left the store thinking that I should say something. The woman at the cash register was Korean(I think) and very helpful and friendly. There was another woman working (African, I think) anyway, I observed a customer ask to see a wig and the African woman told the customer to go to the African wig shop a few doors down. I asked if she could help me find Shea butter, she walked me down the isle and told me to go to the African store across from Chuck E. Cheese. Now I'm not sure that whether or not all of the stores work together but it felt like she was sending customers away.
I called the beauty store to speak to the manager when I got in my car and the African lady answered and told me there was no manager, I then asked if I could speak to the Korean lady because my friend speaks Korean and had a question, she told me that I could not. It just seemed weird so I am posting. I think the African lady is trying to steer business away from the store and it's wrong.
I have been shopping here for YEARS! I have never had ANY "negative" issues at all. The personnel might change (as with any Business) but, I have always been treated with POSITIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, and RESPECT!
I TREAT OTHERS THE WAY(S) I WANT OTHERS TO TREAT ME!! My Business is appreciated!!
They have a nice selection of products i was just absolutely disturbed by the amount of skin lightening products. I can understand clearing dark marks but the images on the bottles seem to have a message that dark skin isn’t beautiful. Full body washes i mean a whole side of an aisle was dedicated to skin lighting products. I can’t support a store that is pushing this image
