Lost my business before it even started. This is the closest supply store near me. Drove dang near 25min. To make it here before they close. Arrived at 7:28. I was told it was too late to try on a wig...they close at 8pm. Mind you I heard keys jingling once I walked in so I sensed someone was ready to leave early. This is really frustrating to me having wasted gas, time when I could have made it to another store. Now it's too late. Never had business served like this one and he cut lights off while still in the store. He left 7:51. If you close early do not advertise these hours. Really sad to have experienced this. Hope this isn't the manager. Won't be back. Bad business.
I shoped there today and everything I wanted went well 10/10 wouldn’t be going to my normal hair store nomore this one and the prices is well .????
Owner is very nice and reasonable
Please open on time. It is an extreme inconvenience to need to run into the store really quickly for something and almost an hour after the posted open time the store is STILL not open. And this has happened at least 10 times. Either change your opening hours or be on time.
Always a great experience as a customer!! The gentleman was very patient and cares about his customers. He did not hassle me or make me feel rushed by any means when I was trying on my wigs. I will continue to shop here and not across the road at Sunnys!!!
This store is a really nice store. It doesn't have a lot of varieties and the price is not compatible with other people prices. I think the store is overpriced versus some of the stores that I've been to in the past. Freetress Niagara with $8.99 I went to New York beauty and fashion in Summerville and we see the same hair for $6.00! Overall rating three stars.
The staff was very helpful and had what I needed.
